GDataCopier 2.0 beta 2 released

Hi all,

Released GDataCopier 2.0 beta2, issues reported by Gerd Castan
(thanks). Please download the update there are some obvious bugs
fixed.

Also refer to the issues list on http://gdatacopier.googlecode.com for
the open issues, once confirmed by users that these are resolved I
will close the issue.

GData API has an issue where it sometimes fails to export documents,
this has been reported to Google and they are onto it
