Maintenance release GDataCopier 2.0.1

Hi all,

Thanks to Ning Bao for pointing out a bug in gls that relates to
International characters. In this instance it was unable to parse and
display chinese characters. I have fixed this and have released 2.0.1
maintenance release.

If you don't use international characters you will be unaffected by
this bug and don't need to upgrade immediately.

Appreciate all the feedback that I have recd. and thanks for using
GDataCopier.

Please report any further bugs using the issue tracker and we will
continue to address them.
