Simple example for youtube upload?

Does anyone have a simple example of uploading a file to youtube?
Unfortunately, I can't find one anywhere. Eventually, this will be
embedded in a desktop app, so I'm looking for something using
ProgrammaticLogin().

The official examples only include a query and a web-based upload
(http://code.google.com/apis/youtube/code.html).

Hi,

The best place to look would be in the unit-tests. There is a test
that performs and upload, metadata update and deletion of a video
file:
