New issue 711 by xiong.ch...@gmail.com: No support for 2FA
https://code.google.com/p/gdata-python-client/issues/detail?id=711

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at minimal documentation.
2. See no indication of anything other than username and password used.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd expect to be able to use an account with 2FA enabled. I'd also expect
there to be documentation for the project, but that's another matter.

Curious about this issue myself. I suspect this is causing problems with my
project as well.

You can use OAuth2.0 for all APIs, is this not the case?
