Health API

I noticed in the roadmap that the Health API is listed, but no
projected timeline is given. Anyone have some ideas as to when the
library will be at least in alpha stages?

I have been trying to read and figure out how to (for the time being)
retrieve all the stored data with their respective medical codes.
Anyone have a clue? I have read some of documentation, but I am not
very proficient in XML. For example I would like to be able to
retrieve the full list of conditions from the Google Health DB. How
easy is that to do? How would I go about doing that? Is there a way to
do that manually with the python library?

If I have guidance I would have no problem helping out with creating
the Health libraries.
