I need some advice about DOCX fie format for using google drive api. Anyone who help me?

Using DOCX to make sync(iOS) between iPhone / iPad to Google Drive cloud service, Insert, Download, Update works find but JPEG image header disappears. Questions is that is it forced to get rid of on the server while converting JPEC header?

I’m using mimeType as "application/msword".

I have read drive document. but I haven't found jpeg header disappears problem.

i really want to know why that. I need jpeg header information when i got back down to the uploaded file(docx document)
