Move User From one Organization to another

hi,

   i am newbie to the googleApps. I am using gdata-java-client api's to create a user and update user. But i dint find any api's to move a user from one organization to another. I saw the labs example for moving user, but there is no direct API i guess. can anyone please guide me in this. or provide any sample or docs link.
