Docs to Markdown Patreon community

Hello Docs to Markdown users,

I recently created a Patreon community for Docs to Markdown. You can join the community there to support continued development of Docs to Markdown. In addition, paid members can comment on posts, especially the ones where I muse about potential new features.

If you have specific bugs to report (or enhancement requests), you can continue to file them on GitHub (https://github.com/evbacher/gd2md-html/issues).

I may eventually discontinue this mailing list, as it's seen only sporadic use over the past several years.
