I've updated Ukrainian translation for upcoming 1.7.4. Please, grab it

You need to upload both mo and po files. Add them into single archive
and then upload.

I've uploaded both of them in tar.bz2-archive. Grab it from the same
place.
BTW, some developers do not require mo-files. Why don't you use msgfmt?

MO file is actually used by the WordPress to load translation. PO file
is readable version used to translate.
I include both so that users can possibly tweak them themselves.
