Created plasmid stuck as "Draft"

Hello everybody,

I have created a Plasmid entry and for some reason it is stuck as a
DRAFT. Other plasmids have all gone into my Personal collection as I
would expect. Can anyone give me a hint as to why an entry is a DRAFT?

This is on an ICE I am still putting up, so cannot give a link to it
(sorry).
