Hello. I have a question regarding the ICV maps from the
bootstrapping. My order of procedures was:

5 -> this was just ones and zeros for two age groups.
I picked the best AIC combo which was 1,2,3,6,11
8 for 1000 iterations.
The distributions look like upside Ws centered at 0. The two extremes
of the distributions fall around 1 and -1. The center dips down in a
bowl shape.
I thought that the ICV was z-distributed?
Am I looking at this wrong?
