comparing GCVA to the general linear model

Hi Chris,
Sorry I've been out of touch for awhile but have been doing other
stuff and have now finally managed to get back to some multivariate
analysis.

I think I've asked you this before but I don't recall clearly what the
answer was. If I'm using GCVA to look at the difference between normal
controls and a patient group but I also want to account for effects of
age and gender how would I go about doing that?
