I was talking to DJ Payne today a local photographer and good friend of mine. He photographed a lot of my Barcamps way back when I started them and used to do a photography service at the Barcamps (free avatar photo in exchange for a tweet).

Anyway - I'm doing a little instagram internet-of-things MVP for him at the moment and I asked him if he would like to do some professional portrait/avatar photos for something Ian and I are working on.

Would this be something that the greater coworking group would be interested in? - for blogs etc - a good photo makes such a difference and the ones I have seen that DJs done are good - I'm sad to say I didn't take opportunity to get one the last time he did it (I would have had less wrinkles then)

Anyway - if anyone is interested let me know. If we get everyone at the techspace at the same time we could plough through them pretty quickly - DJ has all the gear (lights etc) and it would be super simple from our perspective.

I'm sure I can get it as a freebie from him again - or maybe in exchange for some promotion of some sort.
