COinS generator missing

The COinS generator which was at <http://generator.ocoins.info/> seems
to have disappeared, that URL now serves the content also found at
<http://nj.oclc.org/>.

Anyone know why?

It appears to be back. Are you still seeing this?

OCLC NJ hosts the COinS Generator, so my guess is that something broke
in an upgrade somewhere up the chain.
