I was very happy to read Rocco's post. I gave a link to the
biorelativity website to see what others thought of it. To me it seemed
flaky (to put it in generous terms), and I wanted some other opinions. I
confess also that I think we all need some practice distinguishing the
insightful from the incredible, and the biorelativity claims, I thought,
were very much in the latter realm. In another venue I asked the same
question and half a dozen people opined that this was pretty close to
word-salad.
So, I ask also, with Rocco -- what do you mean when you say something
feels very wrong ... We need to make an effort to communicate meaning
along with feeling.
