For the past few weeks, the original GCP website has been down. I wished to access the entire dataset from 1998 - 2015 to conduct an independent analysis. Can you help me bulk download the entire dataset?

The GCP website has been down (for days, not weeks) because of hardware issues in the hosting server. It is now coming back online, but seems not to be fully recovered.

The website menu will link you to the Data facilities, including large data download capabilities. It also has instructions on how to ensure you don't include any "bad" data in your analyses.

FWIW, your proposed analysis of the whole GCP database has been done by several people.

Best wishes,
Roger
