Holiday Greetings and a GCP update

Dear Friends,
I want to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season, with peace and love
uppermost in our hearts and minds.
The past year has been full of trials for most people around the world,
especially the effects of the Covid pandemic on our personal and social
lives. It seems likely to be with us for an indefinite time. On the
brighter side, we are learning to manage the threat, and I think we may
be learning how important connection and community are. We see ever more
groups and individuals cultivating compassion and love, for each other
and for our beautiful earth. May that continue and prosper.
Over the past two decades I have been watching the events of the world
through the special lens of the Global Consciousness Project, or GCP.
Recently I've shifted the scientific perspective to informal
explorations, and my talks and writing have become oriented more to
interpretations and implications, especially emphasizing the idea of our
interconnection at a deep, unconscious level. I'm sure one of the best
things we can do individually and together is to become aware of our
unconscious connections, and to foster our amazing human potentials. In
short, it feels like it is time for conscious evolution. It is time to
intentionally create our desired future.
The GCP is definitely evolving. Starting about a year ago, a group of
people led by Rollin McCraty of the Global Coherence Initiative, have
been working on GCP 2.0, which will continue the work of the GCP using a
bigger network of 1000 nodes, each hosting sophisticated random sources
capitalizing on current technology. GCP2 will be directly linked with
other projects seeking insight on our interconnected world, and it will
also be from the beginning oriented to creating a more conscious world,
filled with intention to bring heart and mind together. It's an exciting
prospect, and I am deeply appreciative.
May we all go forward into the new year with appreciation, and may we
all feel the blessings of love and friendship.

What a positive turn Roger. I think many people will be interested in this new direction. Certainly people I speak too are wondering.
