Esther sent clean copies of these late last night.  Please compare to the previous version and the last set of revisions we requested.  It would be great to finalize these docs. One final task for me is to verify the accuracy of Exhibit A and include the condominiums.  I'm finishing grandfather duties today and will be back in town this afternoon.

Hi Roger,

In comparing the previous versions of the By-Laws and Covenants that you sent to Esther’s recent final clean versions, and other than what you mentioned for additional changes to Esther’s final clean version, I have no substantial changes to recommend, other than the following small editing issues.

Covenants:

- Page 7, Article II, Paragraphs 16 and 17, :

Esther’s recent clean version shows a paragraph numbering correction that was incorrect in the previous version. Nothing to change, only a difference between the two versions.

- Page 20, Article IX, Section 13, last sentence

Is the comma after “ten (10) days’” needed?

- Page 21, Article X, Section 2

Why is a paragraph break placed in the middle of the paragraph? Both versions show this.

A big thank you to the POA By-Laws and Covenants editing committee for all of your time and energy in preparing these documents and achieving this momentous milestone for the community. Incredible job!!!

Hi Roger

I’ve done my review of bylaws and covenants. I would always defer to Larry for the edits as he made them. Regarding content, I’m happy with both documents. Nothing that stands out as needing to be changed or reworded for me. 

I’l appreciative of Esther’s edits, I know she gets paid but I still appreciate her help with everything. 

Thank you Roger for being the driving dorce in getting this done. Much needed!
