Process for private roads applying to be part of CMR system

Good evening everyone,

The attached document has been updated to include edits suggested by members of our ad hoc committee charged with editing the original document which was approved in May/June of 2025 by both CMRC and the Board.

This new version requires only a simple majority of property owners on a private road to approve of applying for inclusion in the CMR system instead of unanimous consent.  The document also was updated as needed to designate CMRC vs PRC.

Please review this new version and be prepared to vote to approve/disapprove at our meeting on the 27th.
