Temporary outage of GCP server

The noosphere server which hosts the GCP website is down at this time,
and because I am traveling, it may be a week or so before I can see
about fixing it. I have sent notes to people who may be able to
intervene, but don't know yet how that will work out. Several people
have asked what's up, so I thought it would be good to send out a
general notice. Meanwhile, the new alternate website is running fine at
http://gcp.grama.co/
