Now that most of us have opened our campuses to our students, it is time to offer our staff the opportunity to meet and greet our newest professionals in Georgia.
The website has been updated and ready to accept your registrations and program proposals for the 21st Annual Dr. Paul K. Jahr New Professionals Workshop which will take place on Friday, September 20 on the campus of Georgia College. <http://www.gcsu.edu/npw> While you are able to register on site, there is a discount for registrations received before Thursday, September 5, 2013.
We ask that you strongly encourage your staff to submit a program proposal. Deadline for programs will also be Thursday, September 5, 2013.
NEW THIS YEAR: With so many Georgia schools using StarRez, we will be offering a side track with company representatives. The roundtable will allow discussions for those that currently use or are interested in using StarRez. So, please consider adding a few operations personnel to your delegations.
Please share this information with your colleagues in other student affairs departments at your institution and encourage them to plan to present a program.
