Unable to install gcp_scanner

Hello maintainers

        

I came across this tool and hoping to learn more about it. I want to get some guidance          on how to contribute.  

I was following the guidelines to install gcp_scanner package. I've successfully cloned the repository, during running `pip install .` I'm encountering an error message. I'm attaching the console log for reference. 

Please provide some information about how to tackle it. Any advice will be helpful.
