New versions available for upgrades and new clusters The following Kubernetes versions are now available for new clusters and for opt-in control plane upgrades and node upgrades for existing clusters. For more information on versioning and upgrades, see GKE versioning and support and Upgrades. No channel Note: Your clusters might not have these versions available. Rollouts begin on the day of the note and take four or more business days to be completed across all Google Cloud zones. The following control plane and node versions are now available: 1.20.15-gke.11400 1.21.14-gke.700 1.22.11-gke.400 1.23.8-gke.400 1.24.2-gke.300 The following control plane versions are no longer available: 1.20.15-gke.8200 1.24.1-gke.1400 Control planes and nodes with auto-upgrade enabled will be upgraded from version 1.20 to version 1.20.15-gke.8700 with this release. Control planes and nodes with auto-upgrade enabled will be upgraded from version 1.24 to version 1.24.1-gke.1800 with this release. Stable channel Note: Your clusters might not have these versions available. Rollouts begin on the day of the note and take four or more business days to be completed across all Google Cloud zones. The following versions are now available in the Stable channel: 1.20.15-gke.8700 1.21.12-gke.2200 1.23.6-gke.2200 The following versions are no longer available in the Stable channel: 1.20.15-gke.8200 Control planes and nodes with auto-upgrade enabled in the Stable channel will be upgraded from version 1.20 to version 1.21.12-gke.1500 with this release. Control planes and nodes with auto-upgrade enabled in the Stable channel will be upgraded from version 1.23 to version 1.23.6-gke.2200 with this release.
