Hi Randi,

Please follow these instructions and make sure you have enabled all the required APIs.

Also make sure your Service Account has access to the GCS bucket and destination BigQuery dataset.

If your run again fails please include the whole failure message (if it does not contain any sensitive information).

I'm trying to work with Variant Transforms but I'm getting a 403 permissions error for what appears to be my project overall, as the "resource".

I've successfully used the life sciences api for running the GATK best-practices, have all APIs enabled, bucket, bq dataset, found the updated code for using variant transforms (the documentation really needs to be updated!), etc.

This is the error I am getting:
