i have run deep variant and its output directory

generates following files 

HG003.output.g.vcf.gz  HG003.output.g.vcf.gz.tbi  HG003.output.vcf.gz  HG003.output.vcf.gz.tbi  HG003.output.visual_report.html  intermediate_results_dir

what is Fully qualified file path

 I want to download all the output generated files 

and especially the vcf files and HTML report file
