DICOM Adapter Performance Improvement
Launched to General Availability
What’s launched?
The DICOM Adapter translates traditional DICOM network streams (DIMSE) to DICOMweb and is used to communicate with the Healthcare API DICOM store. In this launch, the --auto_ack_cstore run option is now available, which decouples the DIMSE C-STORE and the DICOMWeb STOW-RS transactions and immediately responds to the C-STORE request as soon as data is received and cached locally. The decoupling of the two transactions significantly improves the ingestion throughput of the adapter.

FHIR Pub/Sub Notifications Containing Resource Data
Launched to Public Preview
What’s launched?
This launch enables the ability to include the full resource in Pub/Sub messages. Previously, it only published the resource ID and resource type. With full resource content in the Pub/Sub message, users will no longer need to repetitively call “getResource” after receiving a Pub/Sub notification. In addition, this launch will include “lastUpdatedTime” in Pub/Sub attributes.

Synchronized FHIR De-ID Store
Launched to Public Preview
What’s launched?
This launch allows customers to set up a destination FHIR store to contain a continuously-updated de-identified copy of a source FHIR store. Synchronized De-ID enables customers to maintain automatically updated identifiable and de-identified versions of their data.

DeID incremental billing
Launched to General Availability
What’s launched?
