Does the Google Healthcare API service support  `Remote Terminology Services` ?

At a high level, trying to determine if it supports `Remote Terminology Services`

ie. Fhir service proxies requests to remote terminology services

eg.

The Google documentation is largely silent about this topic. There is a reference here:

* With a single sentence "You can provide your own concept maps to translate any code system to another code system."

The currently available terminology support only extends to terminology resources in the FHIR store receiving the API call. We don't support remote terminology services.

One solution we use In our platform prevvy.co is that we have a proxy hapi-fhir proxy which routes terminology requests to remote sites (such as NLM UMLS) and the rest of requests are redirected to GCP fhirstore.

In the proxy solution you can add other features such as granular authentication, consents, conversions between different FHIR versions, previously to access GCP fhirstore.

That sounds very applicable.  When you say `proxy` do you mean something based on nginx or similar?  Or, is it a full fledged FHIR server?

Thanks!

sorry for the delay.

I mean a proxy fhir server.  I guess that only for Terminologies could be possible with nginx route, but we have a lot more features in our proxy.
