Is there a way to inform the printer of a specific paper need so it pulls paper from the proper tray?

We’re printing 4x6s and the 4x6 tray is being ignored and it is pulling from the regular tray or saying “out of paper” if no paper exists there.

Any thoughts?

There's no way to specify a particular tray to print from, the printer
is supposed to choose a right paper based on a media size specified in
the print ticket.

What's your printer model?

Check the JobInputBin or Paper Source settings of your printer.

I figured as much but the printer wasn’t here [was with my partner] so I couldn’t confirm/verify.

Thx guys.
