Print jobs stuck in "queued" or "in progess"

Hi folks,
Running Google Cloud Print Service on a Win2012 server that we use as our print server, and we suddenly find ourselves unable to print via the GCPS.  We were printing fine for the first few days after installing and configuring the service.  However things stopped working without us changing anything, and we can't figure out why.  The jobs get to the queue, however they simply do not print.  They inexplicably remain in either a "queued" or "in progress" state.  We are able to print to these networked printers directly through the print server without any issue.  We have the beta version of Chrome installed (35.0.1916.114 beta-m), and have re-downloaded and re-installed the Google Cloud Print Service application.

Any ideas?

You could try to register service selecting ONLY printer you need, making sure no virtual printers are there and turning off "Automatically register new printers I connect".

It worked for a few days after we set it up, then stopped working on/around April 5-7.

Does this work if you connect printers without service.
1. Uninstall service
2. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://devices
3. "Add Printers"

While I haven't uninstalled the service, I have stopped it and added a printer thru chrome://devices without any luck.  I can try uninstalling and seeing what happens.

No need to uninstall if you just stop.
So what is happening when you add printers without service?

You can start chrome with logging http://www.chromium.org/for-testers/enable-logging and connect printers after that. Maybe logs have something interesting.
