Having no end of issues with the printer showing as offline on Google Cloud Print.  This is my only way of printing from my Chromebook 11.

The printer is a Samsung ML-2165W.  Firmware is up to date on the printer.

I have set the Google Cloud Print service up on the printer through the Samsung Sync Thru Web Service and it will work for a few days perfectly.

The printer will then show as offline on the cloud print web page and I cannot print to it.  Turning the printer off and on again some times works but mostly not.  I seem to have to de-register the printer and re-register with the service but again this doesn't always fix the problem and may need to be repeated.

Any help to solve the problem would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

The ML-2165W works well with the Samsung printer driver Android app on phones, but it is not working predictably on the Chromebook (at least the versions). Maybe as we are able to port Android apps to Chromebook, there will be a way ...
