Google Cloud Print APPCRASH

Hello,

Since months we are using Google Cloud Print with our partner, but from last week we can't print.

From the local post from W7 and W10 we can print directly to the printer; but when we print to google print the printer goes offline.

We try to restart the post, reinstall chrome, clear the cache ... all we could do but nothing fix the problem.

Have you some tips to give me ?

PLEASE HELP !
