Afternoon,

I have a customer who uses Google Cloud Print.Whenever he tries to print a legal size paper with Cloud Print, it selects the correct tray with the 8x14 legal sized paper but will center the document in the page and cut off the the bottom 3 inches or so. It prints still like it's a 8x11. They don't have this issue when they print legal directly to the printer via a computer that is physically attached to the printer. I have tried, all of the page fitting options but it still prints the same. The printer is a BizHub C224 (Not too sure, but I think its a Konica-Minolta). Just trying to figure out if this is a printer issue or what.

Thanks,

Nathan Fawcett

I had that case once:
1. Initially I had my printer using Letter size.
- It was printing just fine
- So far so good
2. The company decided to change the size from Letter to A4
3. I configured the printer to default print on A4
4. Cloud Print was remembering Letter size
- I had to change that every time manually
5. I un-linked the printer from Cloud Print
6. I readded the printer
7. Now, Cloud Print was recognizing A4
8. I tried the opposite and indeed, I change my printer back to Letter, but now it was recognizing A4

I think Cloud Print, can't recognize future printer changes and remembers only the initial setup.

I hope that helps!
