GConf Cleaner 0.0.3 has been released

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce this third release of GConf Cleaner
now. this release is basically a minor update though, I'm keen
to make next release with feature improvements preferably shortly.

What's the changes between the previous release is:

* New translations:
- French: from Ersplus
- German: from Thilo Pfennig
- Swedish: Daniel Nylander
* Bug Fixes:
- Ignore some gconf keys that is impossible to have any schemas.
- Fix a build failure on 64bit platform due to the older libtool.
* Feature
- Add .desktop file.
