GCN IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Hello to all the clubs in the network.

 

Its that time of year for your club to update your contact & committee details using the new annual return forms. 

 

If you were wondering why you had not heard from us before this point, we are now sending out the annual returns to fit in with the annual PLI cover renewal, so please use this message as a reminder that your clubs PLI, (if your club has PLI through the GCN that is), is due for renewal at the end of this month.  If your club does not have PLI, then use this as a reminder that the annual subscription of £20 is due at the end of the month.

 

Please note that we are currently still waiting for the insurance company to let us know the 2012/2013 PLI premium cost, we will let you know ASAP as soon as we have the information.  However your club now has a couple of weeks notice that the cover is due for renewal!  Fingers crossed that we get the PLI cost information in the next day or so.

 

Annual return, please fill in and return to me at the postal address indicated on the second page of the form, however you can scan and e-mail me the annual return/poll if that is easier, my e-mail address is also listed.

If your club does not require PLI from the GCN then please include your annual subscription with the annual return, all the details of how to make your payment are included on page 2 of the return.  I can accept payment by Paypal on behalf of the GCN if you cannot send by any other form of payment, however please get in touch and check with me first and I will look at what I can do to assist.

 

Along with the annual return, I have also included a Club Poll/Review document, we are looking at what clubs are playing to pass onto our partner companies.  Using this information we may be able to offer clubs in the network further offers and promotions like the current Warlord Games offer.  If your club is unaware of the current absolutely fabulous Warlord Games club promotion, then for some reason you have either not seen or read the newsletters we sent out late last year and early this year. However do not despair, if you have not seen the promotion then get in touch with me, my email address is on the annual return and I will forward your club details on how to take up the offer.

 

New clubs in the network, if your club has sent me a full application form or an annual return since April of 2012, you do need to fill out and send this one back, however I would request that you contact me so that I can check that all communication is working efficiently.  Also bear in mind that if you paid the annual subscription when joining the network, then you do not need to send a further £20 this year, if in any doubt get in touch with me.

 

To the handful of clubs I spoke to earlier in the year and at Salute etc regarding their 2011/2012 annual subscription, (you should know who you are), please contact me and we will discuss and address the situation.
