Hi Alex,

Chrome sync provides some of this today: from the Chrome menu -> Recent tabs, or the Chrome menu -> History page, you can see open tabs on your other devices and click on them to load them on the current device. Open tabs are also available on Chrome for Android and iOS.

We don't sync form fill state, and our UI is not quite what you describe. But do try it out and let me know what you think.

I would love to see a feature, where registered Computers would sync their tabs with other computers, to where you can "scroll" through your open tabs on devices. Similar to how Windows 7 handles the Taskbar when you open more programs than your display can fit. there opens up an arrow option to scroll or go a page up or down. To open chrome on my Laptop, browse the web, fill out a form halfway, then go to my desktop, and "scroll" up to my Laptop's tabs, and finish filling out the form. Another use for it would be to do research on my desktop, and when I find the article I need, I can drag the tab in a similar fashion to moving a tab to another window on the same computer to my Phone's tabs, and be able to grab my phone and keep reading.
