Now, we are having some business opportunities with Mild Steel product.
we assume that the product we are planning to purchase is within your product range. So, we would like to invite you to cooperate with us for this business opportunity. 1. Quotation
If you can comply with our requirement, kindly quote us your best price on CIF Yangon Basic by USD as well as in Euro Currency. As this opportunity is being an open call for tender, we would like you to offer us your best competitive price because we have to compete with other rival companies.
2. Validity
We preferred to have the price validity for 2 month, as we have to proceed under some government procedures which could take some months. But you can offer the validity as you can and we could reconfirm after time.
3. Payment
The payment will be in 100% irrevocable letter of credit, L/C at sight from Myanmar Foreign Trade Bank, MFTB, which is owned and run by our Myanmar Government. Please understand that opening the 100% irrevocable L/C is normal practice of the government when they purchase from oversea.
4. Banking Information
Since our bank MFTB being the government bank, so it has limited connection and correspondence with oversea banks. So we need to make sure that your bank has the connection with MFTB, in order to proceed for further steps. In addition, we need to mention the complete information of our supplier.
5. Country of Origin
Please confirm that the product's country of origin is china.
6. Port of Loading
Please mention the port of loading.
7. Delivery Period
Please confirm you can arrange the delivery within 30 days after you receive the L/C documents.
