Salaams.
So there are 5 members on a team? If you need more drivers, I can drive.

Subject: Tentative Teams

Salaam Ladies...

After much thought and few requests, this is what we have come up with in terms of teams:

Team 1

Team 2

Team 3

Team 4

Aisha Saleem

Javeeriya*

Kinza

Mena

Deizah

Karimah

Naj

Sasha

Tooba

Aisha Salaam

Aklima

Hira

Maryam

Zara

Lobna*

Madeeha

Tania

Toma*

Urooj

*Drivers

Teams with 5 members will have to rotate.

If this works for everyone, then we can move on. (If we get more people, we may re-group and make a fifth team). Each team should elect a captain. The captains will register their teams (http://myccnj.org/soccer/) and are responsible for making sure their team members have rides. (Captains do not have to be good at soccer...lol, just organized and responsible people). Please email me with your elected captain. Captains should email me when they register their teams.

Also, if your team will be making jerseys, make sure you communicate your colors with the other teams so that they are different.

I prefer we meet up on Saturday, Dec 1 for jersey-making. That's just the day that works best for me...

Assalamu'Alaikum!

InshAllah we will be meeting tomorrow (Friday) at 6 pm for team t-shirt making.

What do you guys think we should do? Should we just bring in supplies/ tshirts and decorate?

Please give me ideas.

Truly in the heart there is a void that can not
be removed except with the company of Allah.

And in it there is a sadness that can not be removed except
with the happiness of knowing Allah and being true to Him.

And in it there is an emptiness that can not be filled except with
love for Him and by turning to Him and always remembering Him.

And if a person were given all of the world
and what is in it, it would not fill this emptiness.
