Hey Volleyball Captains,

Good morning. GCKA Volleyball Tournament will kick off tomorrow morning at Green Hope Elementary School sand volleyball courts. 

Reporting Time: 8:30 am

Address: 2700 Louis Stephens Dr, Cary, NC 27519

1) Groups: 6 teams have been split into two group. The top team from each group will qualify directly into the semifinal. 2nd place team from one group will play an elimination game against 3rd place from the other group for a place in the semifinal.

2) Schedule: All the round robin games and elimination games will be played tomorrow morning. In case of rain, the affected games will be played in the afternoon time slot (5 pm to 9 pm).

Requesting all the captains to pay the registration fees today to make it easier for your team to check in tomorrow.

4) GCKA Membership: Only GCKA members with valid membership can participate in the tournament. Please make sure that all your team members have valid GCKA membership.

5) Waiver Form: Please bring the signed waiver form of all your team members tomorrow at the reporting time. We will not allow any player to play in the tournament without a signed waiver form.
