Yes, Claudius is certainly a Machiavelli for killing King Hamlet and
marrying his wife to become the king.

And couldn't Prince Hamlet be considered one also? Doesn't he want to
kill Claudius partly because he stole the throne away from him? Or is
it just revenge that drives him?

It relates because Claudius killed his own brother in order to become
king. Machiavellianism is when it's okay to do anything in order gain
power.

Claudius did anything he could to be the king. He even killed his own
brother, Hamlet, who was the previous king.

King Claudius wanted to be the most powerful in the kingdom,
so he killed his brother so he would become the new King.

Because Claudius kills his brother to become the King. and this shows
it because he did whatever it took to become the most powerful person
and he didn't care about the other people that he had to take out on
the way to power.

Hamlet is showing machiavellianism by the fact that Hamlet is killing
people like Claudius to get revenge for the killing of his father,
King Hamlet, and trying to gain power and is doing whatever it takes
to get to the top.

Claudius kills Hamlet's father that way he could get with the Queen so
he could have a lot of power.

Claudius is machiavelli in the fact that in order to gain power he
must first kill his brother. He ends up killing his brother and taking
over as the new king.

I don't know if I have to post this to take the test, but I will just
in case.

Claudius shows this because he killed his own brother just to get the
thrown and then he wouldn't even apologize for what he did. Also
Laertes because he didn't care if he had to kill Hamlet in a church,
he wanted revenge no matter what, unlike Hamlet who wouldn't kill
Claudius while he was in prayer.

Claudius is definitely a machiavelli because he had to kill King
Hamlet in order to receive power.

Cladius is an example of this because he betrayed his own family to
get ahead. He killed his brother so he could regain power over the
thrown. He doesn't show much remorse and he did it so he could be more
powerful.

The biggest charater with this trait would have to be claudius because
he wouldnt just settle with being king after killing hamlets father he
married his mom and tried to have him kill without caring what
happened to others.
