Act III is about Hamlet's play he writes. The play was to stage
Claudius and make him feel bad for killing his father and have him
show that he did it. Claudius runs away from the play and goes up to
his room. This shows that he did in fact kill King Hamlet. He is
praying when Hamlet comes to kill him. Hamlet wants Claudius to go to
hell so he doesn't kill him while he is praying because he would go to
heaven. Does the queen believe that Claudius is the killer of her
husband? The ghost says that she had cheated on him before with his
brother but Hamlet doesn't know. Did she fall in love with Claudius
before King Hamlet had died? Was she in on the plan to kill her own
husband? The machiavilism is when Claudius wants to send Hamlet away
to England. I think that is how he wants to get his power. Claudius
wants to send him away so that he stays out of his mother and his
uncle's business.
