Django Module

OK. The updated Django module is up in SVN as I write and it can do
variable resolution for any tag in the templates. I also added an
example chartproject to get people started. Please post any follow ups
here. Hope it works as well as I think it does!

Here is an example of template usage. This is adapted from the
GChartWrapper.charts.templates.chart template and there are many more
examples there

In views.py:
