herewith attached 13th issue of 'e-patra' and with this issue
'e-patra' completes it's 2 years of online publication and enters into
3rd year.
generally 'e-patra' is of 4 pages but this time we have made it a
special issue on GUJARAT and it runs for 12 pages.
