We are pleased to inform you that Reconciled Variable Pay for July`16 is processed as per VP policy. Below are the details:
1. Advance Variable Pay out of 60% for the month of August’16
– All eligible Associates
2. Monthly Reconciliation Pay out for July’16
Associates covered:
i)
All categories in Band U1 to P1 (Support / DNB / Revenue Enablers)
ii)
Revenue enablers in Bands P2 to E1 (specific to 75%
of variable attributable to “Billable efforts”)
Points to Note:
1.
Effective 1st Jan’ 2016 the revised rating scale of XCEL will be considered for VP computation purposes instead of SMART and
VP policy is revised on these lines (Refer BMS for updated
policy).
2.
Revisit for any backdated changes will be advised as per revisit schedule shared in VP FAQ document (Refer VP FAQ on VP portal). Revisit for
annual revision for Onsite associates processed in this month payroll.
3. Recalibration: Efforts for Support and DNB have been recalibrated on par with Revenue
Enablers. Band P2 and sub-Band E1
associates in DNB & support category will receive recalibrated
quarterly pay-outs.
Details will be available for associates to view on the Variable Pay portal, by 25th August’16.

Dear Associates,
We are implementing Document Management System (DMS) in ERA (PACE FIN) wherein associates will have to attach scan copy of bills at line level
while raising the expense claim.
We are happy to inform that this facility is being introduced to India based associates from
1st September 2016. Brief on DMS is attached herewith.
On introduction of DMS, associate will have to attach scan documents in the claim at line level, henceforth NOT required to submit their physical
bills.
Note: This facility not extended to Flexi
Claims (Residence Telephone, Car Fuel & Maintenance and Driver Salary) and Medical & LTA. Hence, Associate to follow existing process of submitting physical bills only.
