Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities:

Transaction Risk Investigator: The transaction risk investigator at
Amazon safeguards all Amazon Marketplaces from fraudulent and abusive
practices, builds trust and ensures long term buyer-seller and
stakeholder satisfaction. The incumbent will need to leverage
appropriate operational tools and applications to investigate issues.


Seller Support Associate: The Seller Support Associate acts as the
primary interface between Amazon and our third party sellers,
providing phone and/or email support governed by internal service
level agreements. A Seller Support Associate is expected to address
chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal
documentation and work effectively in teams.


Customer Service Associate: The job of Customer Service Associate
involves communicating with the customers through different mediums
(Chat/Voice) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate
customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate
effective solutions in a fun and fast paced environment.

Skills :

Amazon is looking for candidates with:

· Excellent communication (written and verbal)

· Comprehension and problem solving skills

· Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer

· Good typing skills

· Willing to work in a 24*7 environment
