Please note that we have received your details from your Institute Training and Placement Cell.

 

Candidate will be in the permanent payroll of Experis IT Pvt. Ltd. and will be deployed in MNC client (the client is ALSO world renowned and a household name)

 

Please note the following process of deployment :

 

1.   The position will be initially for Trainee Software Engineer where we are looking for BE / B.Tech freshers with the above criteria--CSE/ISE/ECE/IT) graduates with 65% through out marks in career and 2014 / 2015 pass outs.

 

2.   There will be discussion round first to check communication skill and then the online aptitude test comprising of normal short and logical questions.

 

3.   The candidates who all clear the online tests will be called accordingly for the documentation process and will be briefed about the end client.

 

4.   The selected candidates will be eligible for the free project based training provided by our clients for about 45 days. No stipend shall be provided but the hostel accommodation and food cost will all be sponsored.

 

AFTER 45 DAYS OF FREE TRAINING, THE COMPENSATION SHALL BE RS.18000 PM.

 

5.   The salary will start only after the completion of the training program and once the candidate is allocated to any project of our client. The training will happen in South India only but the project allocation can be done for any other locations across India. Candidates should be flexible to relocate.

 

6.   The selected candidates should not leave us within 18 months. So for this, a blank dated cheque has to be submitted as a kind of security/assurance with an amount of INR. 90,000.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SUCH BOND /SECURITY IS PREVALENT IN ALMOST ALL RENOWNED COMPANIES, TO SAFEGUARD AGAINST TRAINING AND DEPLOYMENT COSTS INCURRED AGAINST FRESHERS HIRING.COMPANIES MAKE HUGE INVESTMENTS, BOTH IN TERMS OF MONEY AND TIME, ON NEW RECRUITS.FRESHERS WOULD NEED TO SPEND AT LEAST A YEAR IN THEIR COMPANY TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE COMPANY WORKS AND IF THEY FIT INTO IT.AND FRESHERS AND NEW RECRUITS ARE NOT ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE EFFECTIVELY TO THE COMPANY DURING THE FIRST YEAR OR YEAR AND A HALF—THE WHOLE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH THE COMPANY, WHICH IS NOT GETTING ANYTHING IN RETURN DURING THE FIRST YEAR AND A HALF.

 

PLEASE NOTE HERE THE SELECTED CANDIDATES ARE NOT PAYING ANY MONEY TO THE COMPANY—THEY JUST HAVE TO SUBMIT A BLANK DATED CHEQUE--AND SINCE BOTH THE PRINCIPAL AND MANPOWER DEPLOYMENT COMPANIES ARE RENOWNED, THIS WILL ALLAY OUR FEARS.
