Dear GCE alumni, lecturers, staff, students and friends,

We happily invite you to this year's Summer Fete on Saturday 24th July at 3 pm, which also happens to be the 15th anniversary of GCE!

Due to Covid regulations from the University we are still not 100% sure about the location since currently it is not allowed to happen in the ÖBG. We have an alternative though and will keep you informed about this.

Dear GCE students, alumni, lecturers, staff and friends,

With this email we want to remind you about our great Summer Fete on Saturday 24th July at 3 pm, which also happens to be the 15th anniversary of GCE!

We are happy to announce that the fete will take place in Stephanie's Garden (Thiergärtner Straße 1a in Bayreuth).

If not already done so far, please register under the following link or via the QR code on the invitation, which you can find attached.

Please make sure to register as soon as possible to make our life a bit easier because we have to order the drinks this Friday! Final deadline for the registration is Sunday (18.07.). After that we won't be able to organise anything for the BBQ for you.

Covid test: Since we will be quite a large number of people, it would be awesome if you do a quick Covid test before the party, unless you are fully vaccinated or recovered already.

Buffet contribution: The plan is that everyone brings something to the buffet so we can all share some food and have many different things to try. Please also bring your own plate, cuttlery and cup 🍴🍲

@current GCE students: it would be great if you could support us. In the following document you can sign up to help with the set up (start from ~12am), cleaning up (from 10 pm) or take a 1h shift at the BBQ or for the drinks. You can do that also with someone together, then it's more fun 😀
