SCP - stop my sshd

Hi, 

I just faced a critical problem after I had try to upload file, ssh give me error 225. 

Also What I noticed: 

- CPU %  become more than 30 %, however it was usually less than 5% 

I try to: 

- restart the instance 

- upgrade  the hardware

- copy the disk and start new instance. 

Finally, I open the console, and all what I found is:
