Dear All,

Trying to activate my free tier account but getting

"transaction declined: invalid payment method or CCSEH-05" error.

Any suggestion how to resolve this issue.

At this point, 'Billing and Payment Support team can assist you further on this issue. Therefore, I highly recommend you to contact them with the discrepancies you have found. You could directly contact the Google cloud billing support team by using the the Billing Support Requests form.

The best and fastest way to really go from here is by contacting 'Billing and Payment Support team who will have deeper insight to immediately provide the root cause of this behavior. As mentioned by my colleague above, you could directly contact the Google cloud billing support team by using the the Billing Support Requests form.
