Having an very bad experience with Google cloud

This morning Google give me an surprise. My project is terminated. At least 10K of my websites users are affected.

I contacted Google support. They said there are some copyrights issues I din't solve timely. and They said the legal team has sent me the removals list which I have never received.

Because all contents are user generated, copyrights issues are normal.

The support team asked me to remove the contents before restore my project. But the project is down, I can't remove the contents.

So the support team told me they will contact the legal team to resent the urls. When I receive the urls, he will ask the security team to restore my project.

But google teams are very very slow compared the small vps players. Now all my users ask me when can use the website. But I don't know. Google is too slow.

Google is strong in tech, but very weak in customer support.

People want to use Google cloud should be careful of this.

Apologies, Evan, that there were issues in getting the relevant information to you before suspension took place.

For anyone else following along, we are also directly in touch with Evan for resolving the specific issue.

It is worth noting that this particular case wasn't a typical copyright claim and therefore necessitated action earlier than the communicated notice. (The notification that mentioned three days was sent in error, and that bug is being investigated separately.)

Also, while it may not have helped in this particular case, if you have third party content, along with including your contact information on your site directly, we recommend registering your contact information with the relevant authorities.  This makes it more likely you'll be copied on complaints.  In the US, this includes registering a copyright agent and registering with the NCMEC's Cyber Tip Line.
