Cloud Storage Fuse allows you to mount Google Cloud Storage buckets as file systems [1]. But unfortunately this open source adapter is limited only for Linux or OS X systems as mentioned here [2].
There are many 3rd party tools (i.e. Gladinet[3], ExpanDrive[4], Cloudberrylab [5]) that will allow you to mount a bucket and see it as a drive in Windows.
On a side note, if you are only using GCS to store your backups, you can upload them from the disk using gsutil[6] or Cloud Tools for PowerShell[7].
